Refund Policy
1. Subscriptions
MidnightBot offers a Premium subscription on a monthly basis ($4.99/mo.). Payments are processed by Stripe — a secure and certified payment operator.
1.1. Premium subscription scope
The Premium subscription covers only MidnightBot features (AI Chat configuration, Ticket System, Voice Channel Panel, etc.). It does not include any third-party API costs. The AI Chat feature requires the server owner to provide their own third-party API key (DeepSeek). MidnightBot does not provide, resell, or manage API keys. All API usage is billed directly by the third-party provider and is separate from the MidnightBot Premium subscription. Refunds for the Premium subscription do not apply to any third-party API charges.
2. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Polish law (Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason. This applies to both the first and each subsequent payment.
3. How to cancel a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time via:
- Stripe subscription management panel (link in the payment confirmation email)
- Contact us at unidevelopers.co@gmail.com
- Message on the Support Server Discord server
After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not charge any additional fees for cancellation.
4. Refunds
14-day refund right: If you cancel within 14 days of payment, you will receive a full refund. After this period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, write to unidevelopers.co@gmail.com providing:
- Discord server ID (guild ID)
- Approximate payment date
- Reason for refund (optional)
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days from receiving the request.
5. Technical issues
If the bot does not work as described or there are technical issues preventing the use of Premium features, contact us. In justified cases, we grant a subscription extension or a proportional refund.
